2021 Equine Photoshoot Bloopers

Enjoy the funniest moments from HSP equine photo sessions in 2021, and some I missed from 2020.

Hoping this blog post gets your 2022 off to a laughing start. Let me know which blooper is your favourite at the end!

The competition for who had the best MONCH lips was fierce…

But I think Rocky was undoubtedly the winner.

Remembering all of the times we were almost bopped in the face…

And the side eyes…

The spooks…

And the misses in the wardrobe department!

Sometimes our ponies were that bit too tall…

Sometimes they needed help to know where to look…

Or they were busy laughing at my dad jokes.

Sometimes those bareback shots were… less than glamorous behind the scenes.

As were the family photos!

Sometimes our horses took this opportunity to practise their yoga…

Or the hokey pokey…

Often our horses showed off their best moose faces.

Sometimes the grass was that bit too tempting…

Sometimes they had to make do with other makeshift snacks…

Sometimes they thought we looked like a really good scratching post.

There were times our horses broke the sound barrier…

And times when we loved them so hard we fell over.

There were no shortage of ‘bleps’…

Or funny faces…

Or photobombs.

Our horses helped us shake off the worst of 2021…

And boy were we grateful to them for it.

I hope this blog post has served as a reminder that a bit of mess is always needed to make something beautiful. Wishing you a 2022 filled with as much laughter and joy as this blog post.
